Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) leader debuts in top category of report
Whatfix, the global digital adoption platform (DAP) market leader, today announced its debut as a Leader in the Everest Group’s 2023 Workplace Employee Experience Management (WEEM) Platforms PEAK Matrix® Assessment. Recognized for its vision and capability, Everest Group placed Whatfix in the Leader category, noting the market impact of its sentiment analysis and digital adoption capabilities.
The Workplace Employee Experience Management Platforms PEAK Matrix® report evaluated ten employee experience solution providers based on their solutions across infrastructure monitoring and management, end point monitoring and management, application performance monitoring and management, sentiment analysis and digital adoption. Whatfix was the only DAP vendor to be recognized, particularly for its depth of support for sentiment analysis, including automated response management and interaction monitoring, and digital adoption, including application and platform utilization insights and assisted guidance across multiple applications and platforms.
“Our leadership position in Everest Group’s WEEM PEAK Matrix is a testament to the excellent employee experience that Whatfix enables our customers to provide,” said Khadim Batti, Whatfix CEO and co-founder. “This acknowledgment of our leadership in digital adoption and sentiment analysis will help us further expand our global reach. As a result, we look forward to engaging in more conversations about the impact of digital adoption on employee experience and company success with our clients, prospects, partners, investors and Everest Group’s subscriber base.”
In 2022, Everest Group also named Whatfix a Leader in the DAP PEAK Matrix for its strengths in product capabilities, market growth, industry-specific solutions, element detection, product analytics and mobile and desktop application support.
