Whatfix Recognized in 2025 Gartner® Market Guide for Digital Adoption Platforms for the Fourth Consecutive Year

September 11, 2025 — Whatfix, the global leader in Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), today announced its recognition as a Representative Vendor in the 2025 Gartner® Market Guide for Digital Adoption Platforms, marking the fourth consecutive year of inclusion.

Gartner notes that “a well-implemented and well-utilized DAP empowers organizations to confidently embrace digital transformation and innovation, increasing efficiency, user satisfaction and proficiency, and cost savings.” The report further adds, “Market divergence and deep AI development and integration demand a strategic review for your DAP investments. Application leaders should use this research to critically evaluate solutions and prioritize cross-application orchestration to improve efficiency, adoption and business transformation.”

Earlier this year, Whatfix was named a Gartner Customers’ Choice for Digital Adoption Platforms for the second year in a row (2024 and 2025)—the only vendor in the market to earn this distinction consecutively. Whatfix was also recently recognized in the 2025 Gartner Market Guide for Product Analytics, which to us is underscoring the company’s differentiated position in bridging adoption and analytics gaps to maximize digital transformation outcomes.

We believe this recognition highlights Whatfix’s continued role in defining and leading the DAP category. Gartner estimates the DAP market reached “approximately $1.042 billion in 2024, growing 27.7% from 2023, with 15%–20% growth expected in 2025.” With enterprises accelerating digital transformation across complex ecosystems, Whatfix delivers contextual, real-time guidance that empowers users, reduces friction, and drives measurable business results.

We believe that being recognized in two Gartner Market Guides, alongside consecutive Customers’ Choice distinction, demonstrates a rare balance: independent validation from analysts combined with the voice of customers who are achieving real-world impact at scale with Whatfix. This is particularly critical as Gartner highlights that in 2024, only “24% of digital workers who struggle to find information (at least 70% of the time) said their productivity increased in the past year, down nine percentage points from 2022’s 33%.” Similarly, only “28% of workers making wrong decisions due to a lack of awareness” and “25% who missed updates across multiple applications” reported productivity improvements, which we feel underscores the urgent need for solutions that reduce friction and drive adoption.

“To us, this recognition is a testament to our vision of redefining digital adoption through a multi-product strategy that unites the strengths of DAP, Product Analytics for no-code insights, and Mirror simulated application environments for hands-on training.” said Khadim Batti, CEO and Co-founder of Whatfix. “With AI-powered Agents and contextual intelligence, we are enabling enterprises to accelerate adoption, unlock insights, and drive transformation at scale.”

Gartner predicts that “by 2028, 40% of organizations will use GenAI, supplied in their DAPs, to automatically surface new workflows to employees. By 2027, 30% of organizations will use AI assistants supplied by their DAP to integrate with other assistants delivering actionable business process augmentation and automation.”

Whatfix recently launched its AI Agents for Authoring, Guidance, and Insights. Embedded across Digital Adoption, Product Analytics, and Mirror, these agents form an intelligent layer that personalizes every user interaction and bridges the gap between enterprise systems and user success. Combined with Whatfix’s proprietary ScreenSense—an AI engine that understands context, anticipates needs, and delivers in-the-moment assistance across applications—these innovations ensure technology adapts to users, not the other way around, ushering in the next era of digital adoption.
