Whatfix Dominates Deloitte North America Technology Fast 500™ as the Leading DAP for Five Consecutive Years, Rising in Overall Rankings in 2025
November 20, 2025: Whatfix, the global AI-native platform for enterprise adoption, today announced its elevated ranking —279 on the Deloitte North America Technology Fast 500™, a 24% rise in ranking since last year, with a growth rate of 275% growth as of 2025. This is the 31st year of Deloitte ranking the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech companies in North America. This recognition of being the only DAP company on the list this year and also improving its ranking solidifies Whatfix’s position as the only Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) to be recognized on the list for five consecutive years.
Whatfix attributes its sustained growth to an expanding portfolio of AI-native products that accelerate enterprise productivity and business outcomes, positioning it as the only vendor innovating beyond the traditional DAP category. Over the last four years, Whatfix has strengthened its leadership in innovation—launching four new products, integrating GenAI across its platform, and introducing a suite of AI Agents that are redefining enterprise automation. These include the Authoring Agent, Insights Agent, and Guidance Agent, each designed to simplify content creation, deliver actionable analytics, and drive personalized in-app experiences at scale by identifying the context and intent of the user in the flow of work.
Building on this foundation, Whatfix Labs is pioneering the next evolution of enterprise AI with Seek, a next-generation assistant built to act across applications and help users complete work seamlessly. The first capability in this suite, Seek for Salesforce, has already demonstrated this vision by becoming the first AI Agent to complete Salesforce Trailhead Admin Challenges, signaling a new era of AI-powered enterprise transformation.
Whatfix’s pioneering philosophy of userization to make technology adapt to the users and deep customer centricity continues to shape its product strategy. Nearly 50% of its product roadmap is driven by customer feedback, underscoring its commitment to delivering measurable value. Whatfix is also the only Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) vendor recognized as a Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for two consecutive years and has maintained an industry-leading CSAT score of 99.05% over the past four years.
Whatfix currently serves more than 700 enterprises, including over 80 Fortune 500 companies, spanning industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, telecom, and professional services. Its impact is measurable, customers report three times faster onboarding, a 35% increase in productivity, 45% fewer support queries, and up to an 84% reduction in training content creation costs. This recognition follows the recent launch of Whatfix’s latest innovation, Seek for Salesforce, an AI assistant that automates hours of administrative and development work with a single command.
