May 22, 2025 — Whatfix, a global leader in digital adoption platforms (DAP), today confirmed the dismissal of two U.S.-based lawsuits that had originally been filed by WalkMe, a competing provider of digital adoption solutions. The parties to those lawsuits have resolved their respective claims and neither party has admitted to liability.
The first lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, involved allegations of patent infringement. The second, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, included claims of trade secret misappropriation and false advertising. Whatfix asserted counterclaims alleging false advertising and unfair competition by WalkMe.
All claims in these lawsuits have now been dismissed with prejudice, and neither party has admitted any liability. The dismissal is final, with no right of appeal.
