  • If your referral becomes a customer – Choose between a $300 gift card or 300 WCC points that can be redeemed for Whatfix branded swag or services.

Referral levels are defined as follows:

  • A referral that leads to a demo – The referral engages with Whatfix’s team, resulting in a demonstration (demo) of our products.
  • Your referral becomes a customer – The referred organization signs a contract and becomes a Whatfix customer.

Once you submit a referral that results in a demo, it typically takes 2 weeks to receive your reward. This time frame allows us to verify the referral details and ensure all criteria are met.

We’ll notify you by email once you are eligible for a reward. If you choose to receive a gift card, it will be sent to your email.

Yes. We’ll provide regular updates via email, as your referral progresses. If you have additional questions about the status of your referral, you can email us at [email protected].

No, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. According to the program’s conditions, you will earn rewards for each successful referral.

We’ll notify you by email once you become eligible for a reward. 

If you choose to receive a gift card, we’ll send an e-card to your email.  

If you choose to receive WCC points, you can use them toward an item from our catalog, and we’ll have the item shipped to you.
